Amanda Chinberg

artist, author and illustrator

Amanda Chinberg is an Author and Illustrator living in Puerto Rico. As a young girl, she enjoyed making art out of items she found out of nature in her home town of Troy, Alabama. The island of Puerto Rico has awakened her curiosity of nature and became a source of inspiration for her children's book The Animals Whisper to Me. Left without her usual art supplies, she created the illustrations in the book using simple tools — Crayola pencils and watercolors. She also enjoys teaching yoga and combined her knowledge in her book, which connects children with nature and mindfulness. .

Dr. Arlene Dijamco is the founder of All Worlds Health, which includes her practice as an integrative physician, pediatrician, and cranial osteopath. Educated at Harvard, Emory, Albert Einstein, her approach to health expanded exponentially after studying in Dr. Andrew Weil's prestigious two-year integrative medicine fellowship. With over a decade of experience, plus four kids of her own, she saw how much people could benefit from the world of integrative health.

Her mission is to help shift the culture of medicine to acknowledge and act like we are the MultiDimensional beings that we are. This would transform health and healing around the world. My Thanksgiving Night 2020
What a great way to cap off the evening! I was showing my kids the videos from this course. They started flipping out! All of a sudden, we had to get the box of leftover crayons and pencils out with some printer paper. "Come on, Mommy! Let's do this!" This was my first piece made with Amanda's guidance via this course. I am no trained artist but I love how this piece came out. I'm calling it Mommy and Me. The exercises here are great way to get out of your head, innovate with very little, and create something unique and beautiful. I'm going to go back to these exercises often and use them anytime I need to relax or get those creative juices flowing.
